NEX | Adaptive Financial
PROJECT
NEX's BrokerTec is the industry leading anonymous dealer-to-dealer electronic trading system for fixed income markets, with customers in more than 50 countries worldwide.
They needed to develop an platform for this system, so a team of developers, an additional designer and I designed and built a minimum viable product (MVP).
PROCESS
We kicked off the design process with a short discovery period, including event-storming, user profiling and stakeholder interviews, before building an initial prototype which we used to elicit feedback from representatives of their customer base. We then ran design-build sprints to develop the MVP.
OUTCOME
The designs tested well and formed the foundation of the MVP launched later that year.
